Awards
After being nominated by the editor of the Kitchen and Bathroom magazine, John Litchfield was very pleased to have been awarded the prestigious “Bathroom Retailer of the Year” award on behalf of Channel Island Ceramics. This award is a once in a lifetime award that is the pinnacle of achievement within the industry. Competition is fierce and the judges from Holland, Canada and the UK look at the company as a whole. The judges take into consideration the presentation and design of the showroom, the marketing message and the diversity of the products sold by the company. There are only ten companies in the whole of the UK who have won this prestigious award.
In 2000, the company was one of two runners up for the KBB marketing award. This was in competition to other companies in the British Isles. The judges looked at the whole of Channel Island Ceramics marketing message including letter heads, sign writing, the company’s web site and even how the phone is answered. The marketing message of Channel Island Ceramics was considered to be consistent and of a very high standard.
