5 year warranty and CIC service

With over 40 years’ experience we know what we do works. We have diligently worked to ensure we have sourced the best products from all over the world, some including decades of guarantees. From our sales staff to our fitters, we make sure that everyone has been highly trained with the most up to date innovations and designs.

Fundamentally, we seek to provide a quality that will last and all of our projects are delivered with a 5 to 10 year guarantee, underlining the confidence we have in our products and our installation teams. This guarantee covers a 5 year warranty on the waterproofing system that we apply to all bathrooms. Please ask for full details of this cover.
