Channel Island Ceramics - COVID-19 Update

I’m a big believer in doing the right thing. And at times like this it’s more important than ever. 

I’d like to reassure you about working and ordering from us during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. 

We are closely monitoring the directions provided by the World Health Organisation and The States of Guernsey and will be reviewing our internal procedures daily to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and customers to enable us to continue business activities as normal. 

Some of our production houses are experiencing difficulties and we are receiving updates daily. We will keep any customers affected informed. We are doing all we can to minimise delays in availability and orders.  

Our showroom is being regularly sanitised and we have hand gel available for staff and client’s use.

Our own teams, in our own vans, deliver goods to your homes. They will wear gloves, and they are cleaning their hands and the inside of their vans before every visit.
